By using our GAMCA appointment services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
EZ Gulf Appointments provides consultation and assistance services for GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Centers Association) medical appointments for individuals traveling to GCC countries.
Our service includes appointment booking, guidance, documentation support, and customer assistance throughout the medical examination process.
2. Service Fee
The service fee for our consultation and appointment assistance is ₹1,500. This fee covers:
- Professional consultation and guidance
- Appointment booking assistance
- Documentation support
- 24/7 customer support during the process
- Follow-up assistance
Note: This fee does not include the actual medical examination charges, which are to be paid directly to the medical center.
3. Booking and Confirmation
Upon receiving your appointment request:
- We will process your request within 24-48 hours
- You will receive confirmation via email and phone
- All details must be accurate as per your passport
- Any changes to booking details must be notified immediately
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Having a valid passport with minimum 6 months validity
- Arriving at the medical center on time
- Bringing all required documents
- Following the medical center's protocols
- Paying any additional fees directly to the medical center
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed information.
6. Limitation of Liability
EZ Gulf Appointments provides consultation and booking assistance only. We are not responsible for:
- Medical examination results or outcomes
- Visa approvals or rejections
- Changes in government policies or medical center requirements
- Personal circumstances preventing attendance
- Any delays or issues caused by third parties
7. Data Protection
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for providing our services and is protected with industry-standard security measures.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
